Well, we have not posted for a reeeally long time... Can you believe that whirlwind we just went through, that we call Christmas??? That is what the title was referring to. It went so fast I felt like I was in a hurricane!!! How about you?
We had a wonderful Christmas and we enjoyed being with the family for the Taylor Family Christmas Party. It was fun to even have Santa drop by. He told me he just loved coming and we have such an awesome family!!! Hearing the Lofthouse Family sing "Grandma Got Ran Over By A Reindeer" was such a hoot considering it was me (Grandma Cindy) they were singing about!!! I think Grandma Taylor even enjoyed a little one on one with Santa!!!
Amanda got her initial surgical cast off and put into a hard cast in the color of black. I am sure it is her hope that all this surgery has come to an end. They did some tendon work and realigned her heel so now she actually has an arch, so things are looking up!!!

The song was a highlight - they are such a cute family! It was great having Santa come to the party. The kids loved it! I think he only terrified Xavier and freaked out Rachel a bit. Most the babies liked him. It was really fun to see you guys. I can't wait for the family reunion. Mark you calendars for September 11, 12 and 13th. I'm glad Amanda is out of the cast. We wish her the best.

Yep - I definitely felt the holiday whirlwind. It's sooooooooo hard to try to get back to normal - hard work!!
