Fattest Chipmunk In The World

This post is from Cindy...last year when we took a trip down the pacific coast highway. We took a 17 mile drive near Montarey and ended up at Pebble Beach. On one of the stops I was looking at the ocean and then in the rocks I saw the tubbiest squirl or chipmunk I have ever seen, it just sat there with it front legs up sitting on its butt. Being the chatty person that I am I started talking to it "are you alive"? I asked "Boy, you need to go on a diet and go to the gym"? I just kept talking to it and taking pictures when a man came up behind me and said it that real? I said "I think so " just then it moved so we knew it was real. The guy went back to his car and got some nuts, I never saw a more "give it to me stretch" in my life!!! I still can't believe it when I look at these pictures...Love To You All.....
